Our healthy snacks are made of pure fruit, and simple and real ingredients.
It all starts with a choice over the ripest and best quality fruit.
Then, we carefully slice the fruit before it goes through a semi dehydration process.
Our snacks are an easy and healthy choice to eat anywhere.
There is a growing and ongoing concern over food and its effects on health and that’s why many new diets seek to improve both our physical and mental well-being. And all new and healthy diets have a common denominator:
"More than being traditional, Truppi's history is tropical!"

Partially Dehydrated BIO Mango. ‘’Originally from South Asia, this fruit is still sacred to the Buddhist monks, as it stands as a symbol of love, friendship and fertility. The first references to mangos date back to 4.000 BC. An excellent source of vitamins, namely A, C and K, potassium, carotenes and beta carotene, this fruit also has some antioxidant components. Among its many benefits, we highlight those related to heart health, low blood pressure and asthma. The presence of beta carotenes may protect cell membranes and DNA against oxidative damage.’’
The Benefits of Chia. ‘’Considered a superfood given its broad benefits, these seeds are rich in fibber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They are therefore great allies in the fight against various diseases. Chia seeds have a good amount of fibber and a high fibber diet lowers the risk of diabetes and stabilizes blood sugar. A fibber diet also prevents obstipation and controls the gastrointestinal tract. Regular bowel movements are crucial for the daily excretion of toxins. An increased fibber intake has been shown to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Recent studies have shown that the dietary fibber can play a role in regulating the immune system and inflammation. Under these circumstances, it can lower the risk of inflammation-related illnesses, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and obesity. Another benefit of chia is related with its high number of antioxidants. Antioxidants control the production of free radicals, which can damage cells, accelerate aging and cause diseases, such as cancer. Chia seeds are rich in many minerals that are vital for bone health, including calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. The calcium level in these seeds provides more calcium than dairy products. Chia seeds can therefore be a great alternative for people who do not normally consume this food group. Patients with type 2 diabetes may also benefit from the consumption of chia. Studies have revealed that patients who eat these seeds showed improvement. Omega-3s may also decrease the risk of thrombosis and arrhythmias, which are disorders that can lead to heart attacks and strokes. In addition, these essential fatty acids can also lower the levels of LDL (known as “bad cholesterol”), total cholesterol and triglycerides.”
The Benefits of Quinoa ‘’Quinoa has high protein and polyunsaturated fat. It is also rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Additionally, it is gluten free. Key benefits of Quinoa to your health: It is a great source of the complete vegetable protein, as it contains twenty amino acids, 9 of which are essential, as they are not produced by the body.

Partially Dehydrated BIO Pitaya.
‘’Better known as Dragon Fruit given its appearance, pitaya is actually a type of cactus from Central and South America. It’s made of extraordinary elements and has unique nutritional properties, such as a very high level of vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, as well as minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus and zinc.
It is also high in dietary fibbers and low in calories! It has more vitamin C than any orange or lemon and boosts the overall immune system. It stimulates the body to use existing sugar and fat and transform them into energy. It also improves the good cholesterol (HDL) and lowers the bad one (LDL).”
Partially Dehydrated BIO Pineapple. “This South American fruit has a juicy flavour and is known for facilitating digestion. European explorers were the ones who came up with the name “pineapple”, after thinking pineapples were a mix of pinecones and apples. This fruit is rich in vitamins B, C and E, iron, magnesium, folate and thiamine. Not less important are the presence of digestive enzymes, such as bromelain, essential to the digestion process and also used for therapeutic purposes, due to their excellent anti-inflammatory nature. Bromelain is also an excellent antioxidant and boosts the immune system. Several studies indicate that it might protect cells against tumours, namely breast cancer, and alleviates symptoms associated with sinusitis and rheumatoid arthritis.”
